Abstract:

This talk will provide an overview of the work conducted at PPE (Photonics Precision Engineering) in the field of optical design. Specifically, we will discuss the design of metastructures and the development of simulation tools aimed at exploring defect detection and other metrics that determine the quality of the mask in optical lithography.
